About This Opportunity
We're building a roster of reliable, talented freelancers to support ongoing creative and digital marketing projects. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis — when a project comes in that fits your skill set, you'll be assigned the task through ClickUp. There are no guaranteed hours, but consistent contributors who deliver quality work will continue to receive assignments.

Roles We're Hiring For
Graphic Designer
Social media graphics, ads, branded assets, infographics
Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma
Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
Video Editor
Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form editing
Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Ability to work with provided footage, scripts, or raw content
Social Media Manager (SMM)
Content scheduling, caption writing, community engagement
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Understanding of platform algorithms and posting best practices
SEO Specialist
On-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, technical audits
Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or Moz
Ability to produce or optimize written content for search

What to Expect
Work is assigned to you — no hunting for projects. Tasks come through ClickUp when available.
ClickUp is our system — all tasks, deadlines, feedback, and communication live there. Must be willing to use it.
Hourly pay — you log hours per task. Paid [weekly/bi-weekly] via [PayPal/Wise/etc.].
Variable workload — some weeks busy, some slower. No guaranteed minimum hours.
Global-friendly — we work with international freelancers and use international-friendly payment platforms.

Proven experience in your discipline (portfolio required — see below)
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively
Responsive communication — replies expected within [24/48 hours]

Reliable internet and your own equipment/software
