We’re a high-performance real estate team in California looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who knows how to turn conversations into appointments and opportunities into closings.

Your Role (Daily Impact)

• Call and follow up with buyer and seller leads (FSBO, expired, inbound, database)
• Convert conversations into qualified appointments
• Build rapport and uncover motivation, timeline, and urgency
• Track all activity inside CRM
• Follow up relentlessly until the deal is set

What Winning Looks Like

• 50–100 dials per day
• Consistent conversations and follow-up
• 2–5 qualified appointments per week
• Clean, organized CRM
• Strong communication and confidence on the phone

Requirements

• Real estate or ISA experience required
• Strong English and natural phone presence
• CRM experience (Follow Up Boss is a plus)
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Compensation

• $5–$9/hour (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses based on appointments set
