Advanced Short-Form Video Editor (Reels/TikTok) – Fast Turnaround, High Volume

We are building a high-performance editing team focused on short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Highlights).

This is a production-driven role designed for editors who can move fast, think creatively, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

We are looking to work with the top 10–20% of editors — individuals who take pride in their craft, pay attention to detail, and care about the final product.

ROLE DETAILS

You will be editing:

- short-form highlight videos (Reels / TikTok)
- lifestyle and experience-based content
- content for creators, brands, and businesses

Projects may include:
- personal highlights (events, travel, lifestyle)
- creator content (social media storytelling, engagement content)
- business content (marketing, promotions, brand storytelling)

Editors must be able to adapt style, pacing, and tone depending on the type of content.


SCHEDULE

- Philippines Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 6 days per week (approx. 30–36 hours/week)
- You must be available and focused during your scheduled shift


COMPENSATION

This is a performance-based role (paid per highlight).

Your earnings are based on:
- speed
- quality
- consistency

Typical earnings range from $600 to $1,800+ per month, with the ability to increase over time.

We use a structured progression system where editors advance based on performance.

As you improve, you gain:
- higher pay per highlight
- access to more work and priority assignments
- performance-based bonuses

Higher-level editors may gain access to more advanced projects, including creator and business content, based on performance and consistency.

This role is designed for editors who want to grow and earn more over time.


REQUIREMENTS

Editing Skills:
- Strong experience editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok)
- Clean cuts, transitions, pacing, and music sync
- Ability to execute quickly with minimal direction

Equipment & Internet:
- Computer capable of smooth video editing
- Stable internet (50 Mbps+ recommended)
- Backup internet required

Work Environment (CRITICAL):
You must have access to a stable and reliable work environment.

This includes:
- coworking space
- office environment
- OR home setup with backup power and backup internet

Location:
- Must be located in or near a major city or have access to reliable infrastructure
