JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator who knows California real estate contracts inside and out. This is not an entry-level role. If you don’t already have hands-on experience with California transactions, this is not the right fit.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in California real estate
* Strong working knowledge of CAR (California Association of Realtors) forms
* Strong working knowledge of SFAR (San Francisco Association of Realtors) forms
* Familiarity with PRDS contracts
* Ability to prepare, review, and send contracts and disclosures without hand-holding
* Reliable, fast internet connection and strong computer skills
* High attention to detail, organized, and responsive

If you need to be trained on the basics of contracts or disclosures, please do not apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Prepare listing agreements and disclosure packages
* Draft and assist with purchase agreements and offers
* Manage compliance and file organization
* Send documents for signature using DocuSign
* Coordinate timelines and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate
* Assist with resale disclosure packages and manage transactions from start to finish

The goal is simple: take this off our plate so we can focus on clients and growing the business.

Tools and Systems (Preferred, Not Required)

* DocuSign or similar e-sign platform (you should already have access or know how to get it)
* Slack
* Asana
* Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
* Side App (nice to have, easy to learn if you know CAR contracts)

How We’ll Evaluate You
We move fast and hire based on real ability, not resumes.

If selected for an interview, you’ll complete a quick practical test:

* Prepare a Residential Listing Agreement for a sample property
* Assemble and send a full disclosure package for signature

If you know what you’re doing, this will be easy.

What Matters Most

* Experience with California contracts (this is the biggest thing)
* Speed, accuracy, and reliability
* Ability to work independently without constant direction
* No drama, no excuses, just solid work

If you’re experienced, detail-oriented, and want consistent work with a serious team, apply.
