Appointment Setter – Remote

Pay: $6.50–$7.50 per hour

I’m hiring a confident English-speaking appointment setter to call and text leads, qualify them, and book appointments for our sales team. This is a straightforward role, but English mastery is **not negotiable**. You must be able to speak clearly, understand nuance, and sound natural on the phone.

What you’ll be doing:

* Calling and texting inbound and outbound leads
* Following a script to qualify prospects
* Booking appointments directly on the calendar
* Handling basic objections without freezing up
* Updating notes in our CRM
* Hitting daily call and booking targets

Requirements (read carefully):

* **C2-level English or near-native fluency**
* Clear speaking voice and strong listening skills
* Prior appointment setting or call center experience
* Comfortable talking to homeowners and business owners
* Reliable internet and a quiet work setup
* Coachable, dependable, and detail-oriented

Pay & role details:

* $6.50-$7.50 per hour depending on experience and performance
* Full-time work with consistent hours
* Long-term position for the right person
* Bonuses available after ramp-up for top performers
