Phone Representative (Work From Home)

We are hiring a phone representative to join our team handling customer calls and appointment
setting for a U.S.-based home security and automation company.

This is a voice role, so strong conversational English is required.

Position Details:
• 30 hours per week
• Work from home
• Starting pay: $5/hour
• Opportunity to grow up to $7/hour based on performance and experience

Responsibilities:
• Speak with customers over the phone in clear, natural English
• Schedule appointments and assist with basic customer inquiries
• Follow call guidelines and communicate information accurately
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone on every call

Requirements:
• Strong spoken English (clear, easy to understand)
• Experience in customer service or call center work
• Reliable internet connection, computer, headset and quiet workspace
• Punctual, dependable, and able to stay organized and data entry

Preferred (Not Required):
• Appointment setting experience
• Experience in alarm, security, or home services industry
