Ecommerce Image & Product Listing VA (Canva + Attention to Detail Required)

*** About the Role

We are a growing jewelry company looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage product images, create infographics in Canva, and maintain product listings in our system.

This role requires someone who is:

- Highly organized
- Careful and accurate (no careless mistakes)
- Comfortable following step-by-step processes
- Experienced with Canva and basic product data

*** Responsibilities

*** Infographic Creation (Canva)
- Create product infographics using pre-built Canva templates
- Input accurate product specs (measurements, materials, etc.)
- Ensure clean, consistent layout and no spelling errors
- Duplicate and adjust designs for multiple brands

*** Scale Image Creation
- Create size/scale images using product measurements
- Follow measurement guide (training provided)
- Ensure all measurements are accurate

*** Product & Image Management
- Upload images and infographics to our system (Valigara)
- Ensure correct image order and channel settings
- Update product listings with new images
- Never remove images before confirming updates are live

*** File Organization
- Name files correctly using SKU-based naming
- Upload files to correct folders
- Maintain organized file structure

*** Product Setup Support
- Add new products using templates
- Ensure all required fields are completed
- Attach images and assets
- Become a master at Valigara

*** Daily Reporting
Send a daily update including:
- Products completed
- Issues found
- Items needing review

*** Requirements
MUST HAVE:
- Experience using Canva (required)
- Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
- Experience with ecommerce, product listings, or image management
- Good written English
- Ability to follow instructions

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, DSCO, or similar platforms
- Experience working with product catalogs
- Basic understanding of image order and listing optimization
