We are Henry the Sports Bug, a fast-growing children’s sports and wellness brand currently operating in 20+ schools in Los Angeles.
We are hiring a confident outbound caller to contact preschools and elementary schools across the United States and book FREE demo classes.
This role is focused on appointment setting, not customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Call preschools and elementary schools (we provide list)
Ask for the director or decision-maker
Introduce our program using a script
Book demo appointments on our calendar
Log call results (simple tracking sheet)
DAILY EXPECTATIONS:
80–120 calls per day
Speak with decision-makers
Book demo appointments
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Speaks clear, confident English
Has experience in cold calling or appointment setting
Is NOT afraid of rejection
Has energy, personality, and persistence
Can follow a script but sound natural
THIS JOB IS NOT FOR:
Shy or soft-spoken applicants
People without phone experience
Customer service–only background
PAY:
Base weekly pay
PLUS bonus for every demo booked
SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday
Must be available during U.S. daytime hours
(Philippines night shift)
