JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:
• Design static and digital ads for paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Create branded social media posts aligned with Cabana’s aesthetic
• Develop visually cohesive ad creatives that follow brand guidelines
• Conceptualize design ideas for campaigns, not just execute instructions
• Maintain consistency in typography, color, layout, and overall visual tone
• Prepare production-ready assets for marketing use

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in ads design or production design
• Strong portfolio showcasing ads and social media creatives (REQUIRED)
• Ability to follow branding guidelines while adding creative direction
• Skilled in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working with lifestyle, luxury, or wellness brands (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines

NOTE: You must be comfortable using AI tools to generate or enhance visuals for sleeker, more elevated designs.

However, we are not looking for someone fully dependent on AI. You should know how to balance creativity, manual design skills, and AI tools to produce strong, polished outputs.
