Schedule:
•Monday- Friday
•8 AM to 5 PM MST Time Zone
•Location: Remote (Philippines)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will support marketing campaigns, manage content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote environment, can manage multiple projects independently, and is passionate about helping brands grow online.

Key Responsibilities:

•Maintain and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
•Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
•Prepare and manage Excel reports for marketing performance tracking.
•Assist with various marketing tasks, projects, and campaigns as needed.
•Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines and business goals.
•Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers virtually to execute marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
•Proficient in Google Ads management and website maintenance (CMS experience preferred).
•Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.

Skills & Competencies:

•Google Ads campaign management
•Website content management (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar)
•Data analysis and Excel reporting
•Time management and self-discipline in a remote setup
•Flexibility to take on ad hoc marketing tasks

Technical Requirements:

•Own computer setup at home with dual monitors
•High-speed internet connection
•Backup device/battery and internet connection
•Webcam (on-camera required during working hours)
•USB-type headset with noise-cancellation feature
•Dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions
