Job Title: Credit Repair Specialist VA (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair VA to support our growing operation.

?? IMPORTANT: Applicants must have a minimum of 3 YEARS of experience in credit repair.

This role is focused on handling credit disputes, reviewing credit reports, and managing the credit repair process for clients.

Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze client credit reports
• Identify negative items (collections, charge-offs, inquiries, late payments)
• Assist with credit dispute processes (letters and online disputes)
• Track dispute progress and maintain organized records
• Help manage and update client files

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit repair or dispute processing
• Strong understanding of Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
• Knowledge of collections, charge-offs, inquiries, and late payments
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong written communication skills

Bonus:
• Experience using Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) or similar tools
• Familiar with Metro 2 compliance
