Virtual Assistant (E-commerce / Dropshipping)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce (dropshipping) company and are looking for a Virtual Assistant / Product Lister who can take ownership, execute precisely, and grow with the business long-term.

This role will start part-time, but has strong potential to grow into a full-time position as responsibilities expand.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend & Order Management
- Monitor and manage daily orders
- Check order status, tracking, and delivery progress
- Ensure packages are delivered correctly and on time
- Flag and report any issues with suppliers or shipping

Quality Control
- Perform quality checks after a set number of daily orders per product
- Verify product details, order accuracy, and customer experience
- Identify and report inconsistencies or errors
- Monitor product sizing and quality complaints

Product Listing
- List products daily on our Shopify stores based on spreadsheets
- Ensure all listings meet brand and quality standards
- Follow SOP step-by-step for:
1. Titles
2. Descriptions
3. Images
4. Variants
5. Pricing
6. Collection listing

General / Operational Tasks
- Handle various repetitive tasks assigned daily
- Perform data checks and basic analysis
- Assist with supplier verification and reliability / quality checks

Data & Reporting
- Maintain and update internal sheets (e.g. P&L, product sheets and other)
- Ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
- Support in building structured reporting systems

Requirements (MUST-HAVES)
- Proven experience with dropshipping / e-commerce stores
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Poky (or similar tools)
- Experience with Google Workspace (sheets, docs, etc.)
- Able to follow SOPs precisely without deviation
- Strong written English
- Detail-oriented and structured
- Able to work with AI tools
- Available daily (7 days per week preferred)
