Meta Ads Manager

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Manager to join our team at Media 4 You. We work with 60+ clients and need someone who can run and improve Facebook and Instagram ads that actually bring in results. Your job will be to launch campaigns, lower cost per lead, test different creatives and audiences, and scale what’s working. We’re not looking for someone who just sets up ads and leaves them we need someone who can think, make changes, and improve performance over time. This is a long-term role for someone reliable who wants to grow with us.

Requirements:
Experience running Facebook/Instagram (Meta) ads
Experience with lead generation campaigns
Can lower CPL and improve results over time
Understands cold vs warm audiences
Can test creatives, copy, and audiences
Good communication and reliable
Bonus (Not required):
Experience with GoHighLevel
Experience with local businesses (restaurants, auto, services, etc.)
Understanding of lead follow-up / CRM systems
