Parenting Support Advisor - Online

We are a growing US-based parenting support platform. We connect mothers with dedicated personal advisors who guide them through the challenges of raising young children.

We are looking for a full-time advisor who will build ongoing relationships with a group of mothers — getting to know each mom and her child personally, and providing daily support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily chat support with assigned mothers (async messaging)
• 2 video sessions per month per client
• Track each child's development and tailor advice accordingly
• Provide guidance on sleep, behavior, development, and emotional wellbeing
• Respond to messages within agreed response time
• Follow our structured guidelines and escalation process

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Nursing, or related field
• Excellent English — neutral/American accent
• Professional appearance and setup for video calls
• Warm, empathetic, non-judgmental communication style
• Reliable internet — available during assigned hours daily
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients

BONUS:
• Experience working with US or Canadian clients
• Background in coaching or customer support
