Job Title: Credit Repair Virtual Assistant (Inquiry Removal Specialist)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistant who understands the credit repair process from start to finish, especially inquiry removal via phone with the consumer reporting agencies:

Experian
TransUnion
Equifax

This role is for someone who is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling credit-related tasks with professionalism and urgency.

We need someone who can take ownership of the process, follow instructions well, and support the business with both client-facing tasks and backend administrative work.

Core Responsibilities
Credit Repair / Inquiry Removal
Call Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax to request hard inquiry removals
Follow up on inquiry disputes and document outcomes
Understand how to navigate automated systems and live representative calls
Escalate calls when needed
Keep detailed notes of each account and dispute progress
Assist with client credit file updates and status tracking
Help organize supporting documents related to disputes
Administrative / Miscellaneous VA Tasks
Update spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems
Organize client files and maintain accurate records
Handle follow-ups and task management
Support with email, CRM updates, and general admin work
Assist with other credit repair-related workflows as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills / Experience
Previous experience in credit repair is REQUIRED
Must know how to do inquiry removal by phone
Familiarity with Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax processes
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable making outbound calls
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and follow SOPs
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with client information
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience using credit repair software
Experience with dispute letters / backend processing
Familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, and admin systems
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in financial services or credit repair
