AI Community Manager & Growth Specialist (Skool + Social Media)

About the Role
AI Integraterz is on a mission to help 1,000 people get placed with American companies as AI-first Virtual Assistants in the next 6 months. We're building a Skool community, a certification program, and a course platform to make that happen — and we need someone to lead it.

This isn't a "post and ghost" social media job. This is a community leadership role. You will own the growth, the energy, and the direction of our Skool group. You'll be the reason members stay, get certified, and move forward. If you're passionate about AI's impact on Filipino careers and you want to lead something that actually matters — this is your seat.

What You'll Do

Own and lead the daily operations of our free and paid Skool community
Build, polish, maintain, and upgrade our courses inside the platform
Welcome new members personally, answer questions, keep people moving forward
Track where members are in their certification journey and guide them to the next step
Have upgrade conversations — move members from the free group into the paid program
Create lead magnets and content using our AI tools and systems
Gather screenshots, case studies, and success stories daily
Post and engage across Facebook and Instagram to grow the community
Follow and execute our AI training and workflows — we have systems, you run them
Use AI tools to automate your own tasks so you can focus on people and growth
Record walkthroughs or short videos when needed

Already using AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)

Excited to get certified on Claude Code and the full Claude ecosystem
Bonus: Comfortable recording quick Loom walkthroughs or screenshare tutorials (we love over-communication!)

This Is Not the Right Role If You...

Need heavy daily direction or a rigid checklist to stay on track
Prefer to work alone rather than show up for a community every day
Are skeptical about AI or still on the fence about it
Want to just complete tasks — this role requires ownership and initiative
Are not passionate about helping Filipinos succeed in the AI economy

Requirements

Already using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your daily work
Strong community management, social media, or leadership background
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Organized, reliable, and self-directed
Willing to go through AI Integrators certification training and follow our processes
