Position: Virtual Medical Billing Specialist – No Fault

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a No-Fault Biller. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical billing, with a focus on no-fault claims, and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience in medical billing, with a solid understanding of billing workflows, claim submission, and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with no-fault billing regulations, claim requirements, and timely filing guidelines is preferred.
• Ability to accurately review and process claims, ensuring compliance with payer requirements and minimizing denials.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to identify billing discrepancies, resolve claim issues, and follow up on outstanding accounts effectively.
• Professional and clear communication when interacting with insurance companies and internal staff.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues while also working independently when needed.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, billing software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Consistent ability to meet productivity expectations while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a specialty practice (e.g., orthopedics, spine, or pain management)
• Familiarity with denial management and appeals processes
• Knowledge of New York and New Jersey No Fault
