We help social media creators worldwide earn money by connecting them with top brands in music, gaming, and entertainment.

To scale our platform, we are looking for a TikTok Outreach Representative who actively reaches out to creators and brings them onto Clipster.

Your goal is simple: find creators, message them, and get them to join.

This is a high-volume execution role. Consistency and output matter most.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for identifying and messaging creators on TikTok to introduce them to Clipster.

* Find relevant creators on TikTok
* Send direct messages at scale
* Start conversations and generate interest
* Guide creators toward joining Clipster
* Keep outreach consistent and results-driven

Daily Responsibilities

* Send a high volume of TikTok DMs daily
* Identify creators that fit Clipster campaigns
* Use provided scripts and improve them over time
* Respond to interested creators and answer basic questions
* Track your outreach activity and performance

Job Details

* Type: Hourly contract
* Salary: $3/hour (paid monthly)
* Hours: Flexible (output-focused)
* Start: Short test task ? paid trial ? long-term if successful

Requirements

* Experience using TikTok
* Some Outreach experience
* Ability to work with proxies (we provide access)
