Customer service site.

we are looking for a web programmer who can create Customer service site.

The site main purpose: to match between Customer (who looking for service) to business owners in the same zip or city (in real time)

the web site need to contain 3 pages:
simple Homepage with search bar for customers who can type the service requested
short registration page for business owner

the website needs to include the capability to send text message to business owner
Ones submit the order - 2 things will happened:
1. the website will send immediately text message as well as email to the business owner at the same location (the business who already got register)
2. 2nd page will show up: WAITING LIST
On the waiting list page will find all the customers waiting for service
Next to each initial name would be the type of service he's looking for
