Virtual Assistant with Experience

We run a 6-figure natural health business on Amazon and Shopify.

We require someone with great virtual assistant and customer service experience to help co-ordinate blog and video content, manage our Shopify and Amazon seller central accounts, process orders, do product research and run basic Facebook ads. We will training in all areas so although experience with these things is NOT a requirement however it would be ideal if this candidate has experience with ecommerce, dropshipping, Amazon Seller Central and Shopify. Experience with Oberlo (or similar software) would also be an advantage.

Duties include:

- Checking messages on Facebook, answering questions
- Managing/Updating FBM listing on Amazon
- Creating shipments through Amazon and our warehouse via Shopify
- Responding to and solving support tickets in Helpscout and Amazon
- Coordinating content by working with our writers, editors and designers to add content to the blog
- Setup and run giveaway campaigns on Gleam.io/Upviral and Facebook
- Updating/editing our Shopify listings and blog content
- Working with our video editor
- Looking up orders in Shopify / Oberlo when required
- Moderating comments on Facebook posts, hiding complaints, deleting slander

The three skills you MUST have to be successful are:

1. Excellent English comprehension and writing ability as you will need to curate content, work with other writers and do customer support for an American audience.
2. Excellent communication as you’ll need to document your processes, provide daily reports and communicate with other team members to make sure work is being completed on time.
3. Very organised and high attention to detail as you will be juggling a number of tasks and reviewing others work

- Shopify experience
- Amazon Seller Central experience
- Oberlo/Smar7 apps experience is a plus
- Experience with a dropshipping business is a plus
- Interest in natural health is an asset (our industry that we serve)
