*** OVERVIEW ***
We are looking for proactive Video Editors for short form content and converting social media video ads.

Having creativity is necessary. Furthermore, you need full knowledge about the best practices of the hook, pacing, structure, music, graphics and animation. So you have to be a top-tier video editor.

The type of videos are mostly e-commerce ads, personal branding reels and sometimes long form VSLs.

IMPORTANT: The content will be in German language. We will provide you English translations, so you understand the video and can edit accordingly. But you have to be able to handle German voice overs and edit matching based on the spoken word.


*** RESPONSIBILITIES ***
- High skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- High skills in CapCut
- Skills in Adobe After Effects
- Fluent in English
- Big plus: German language skills
- Edit 10-60 second Short-Form videos
- Work efficiently and fast, meet deadlines
- Add a unique creative touch to videos
- Apply inspo video styles given to you
- Motion design animations


*** SALARY & BENEFITS ***
In the beginning we will discuss an amount per video based on the complexity.
As soon as your skills are proven, we offer a fair fixed monthly salary.
Next to this basic salary, we offer performance bonuses for videos that achieve specific views benchmarks.
