We are World Famous Puppies, a fast-growing pet brand, looking for an experienced, highly organized professional to manage puppy sourcing, purchasing, and inventory flow.

???? OBJECTIVE

We need someone who can:

Locate and purchase puppies for customer orders

Maintain a constant flow of inventory

Replace sold puppies quickly

Handle special orders (hard-to-find breeds)

Work directly with breeders and suppliers

???? ROLE

Source puppies from trusted breeders and suppliers

Negotiate pricing and secure inventory

Ensure quality, health, and compliance standards

Coordinate logistics (shipping / delivery)

Track available puppies vs. sold puppies

Handle custom requests when customers want specific breeds

Keep the business stocked and ready to sell at all times

???? REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)

Experience in pet industry OR sourcing/procurement

Strong negotiation skills

Highly organized (inventory tracking is critical)

Ability to move FAST (replace sold puppies immediately)

Strong communication with breeders and team

Must understand supply & demand flow
