???? OBJECTIVE

We need someone who can:

Manage a large volume of DMs daily

Provide top-tier customer service (VIP experience)

Qualify serious buyers

Convert conversations into SALES

???? ROLE

Respond to Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp messages

Maintain fast response time (seconds, not minutes)

Follow structured lead qualification system

Push customers to FaceTime calls

Follow up consistently to close deals

Keep leads organized and tracked

???? REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)

Minimum 5+ years experience in:

Customer service

Sales / closing

Must be HIGHLY organized

Must be fast, efficient, and aggressive with follow-ups

Must have strong English (Spanish is a PLUS)

Must understand how to handle and convert leads

Must be reliable and available daily
