JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing flower business in the United States looking for reliable, organized, and proactive tea ---------- mbers to help with customer service, sales, order management, and social media support.

This is a rotating shift position. We operate morning and afternoon shifts every day of the week, and schedules change weekly based on business needs. Weekend availability is required.

We receive daily retail and wholesale inquiries through phone calls, messages, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Shopify. You must respond quickly, communicate professionally, and help close orders.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and messages quickly
Respond to Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, and Shopify inquiries
Help customers place orders (retail and wholesale)
Upsell products to increase order value
Enter and organize orders in our system
Follow up with missed calls and leads
Post basic content on Instagram and Facebook
Log orders handled during your shift (product, price, payment method)

During downtime:

Follow up with leads
Send messages to generate sales
Post content and update pages
Keep records clean and organized

Requirements:

Strong English speaking and writing
Sales mindset and customer service skills
Fast response time
Organized and reliable
Comfortable using online systems
Must be available on weekends

Schedule:
Morning shift: 9 AM – 3 PM CST
Afternoon shift: 3 PM – 9 PM / 10 PM CST
4–5 shifts per week (rotating schedule)

Pay:
$4–$6 per hour equivalent
Approximately $450–$650/month base
Plus performance bonuses

Important:
Performance is tracked daily. Higher performers receive more hours and bonuses.
