Job Overview:
VENGUILD is an early-stage platform exploring a system where real-life progress is structured in a game-like format.
We are looking for a Customer Support / Community Assistant to help manage user interactions, assist onboarding, and maintain clear communication with users.
This role is part of an interview pool for upcoming positions. Not all applicants will be hired immediately.
Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries via
Assist users during onboarding
Handle basic concerns and issues
Maintain clear, polite, and helpful communication
Escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
Strong written English communication
Friendly, patient, and professional tone
Organized and responsive
Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
Can work independently
Nice to Have:
Previous customer service experience
Experience handling online communities
Familiarity with support tools or ticketing systems
Compensation:
P30,000/month
