Graphic Designer for High-Converting Ads (Dropshipping - E-commerce)

We are a performance-driven European e-commerce company running ads across EU markets (Sweden, Norway, Germany, etc.). 

We focus on direct response ads (not branding).

We are looking for a graphic designer who understands ONE thing:
- ads must SELL, not look pretty

YOUR JOB:

• Recreate winning ad creatives (based on references)
• Create simple, high-converting static ads
• Follow clear creative direction (angles, hooks)
• Work fast and deliver consistently

THIS IS NOT A ROLE FOR:

• Branding designers
• Social media content creators
• Designers who want full creative freedom

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• You can closely replicate ad styles (based on references)
• You focus on clarity and readability (not complex design)
• You follow instructions precisely
• You can deliver fast

IMPORTANT:

We care about performance, not beauty.

Simple ads that convert > beautiful ads that don’t.
