Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Outreach for Commercial Cleaning

What you will do daily:

Find medical, dental, and office locations between Roswell and Covington, Georgia
Find the business website, email, and contact form
Send our outreach script via email and website contact forms
Track every business contacted in Google Sheets
Mark replies as Interested, Not Interested, No Response, or Follow Up
Send a daily summary of total contacts sent and replies

Daily expectations:

Find 40–60 businesses per day
Send 25–40 outreach messages per day
Maintain 100?curacy in tracking

Requirements:

Strong written English
Must follow instructions EXACTLY
High attention to detail
Must be reliable and consistent
Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks
