Full-Time Content Producer & Research Editor (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

We’re hiring a full-time content producer to work directly alongside a fast-growing outdoor and media brand focused on fishing, boating, policy, and real-world storytelling.

This is not a basic editing job. This is a high-speed, content-driven role for someone who understands how to make videos perform.

We currently post every 2–3 days and are scaling to 2–3 posts per day across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. You will play a key role in making that happen.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the creator to research topics, find supporting media, and turn ideas into high-performing content quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Research trending and relevant topics in fishing, outdoors, and policy
• Find and source videos, photos, and supporting content to build posts
• Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and assist with long-form YouTube content
• Add captions, hooks, pacing, and structure that drive engagement
• Help identify viral angles and storytelling approaches
• Source music, sound effects, and clips that fit each video
• Turn around content quickly, often same-day
• Communicate consistently and clearly throughout the day
• Work directly with the me to execute ideas fast

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience editing short-form content that performs
• Understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook video trends
• Ability to find compelling clips, visuals, and supporting media
• Fast communicator with reliable response times
• Self-starter who can take direction and execute without hand-holding
• Ability to work full-time and keep up with a high-output schedule
• Bonus if you understand fishing, boating, or outdoor content
