We're a scaling eCom brand and we need an editor who treats AI video generation (VEO3, Kling, Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield) as a core sourcing skill — not a gimmick. You'll own the full pipeline: script ? AI character/b-roll generation ? CapCut assembly ? hook variations ? launch-ready creatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Receive scripts + voiceovers from us
Generate AI spokespersons & b-roll in VEO3/Kling/Higgsfield (Soul 2.0, Nano Banana Pro) — consistent character, lip-synced, on-brand
Source & clean UGC from TikTok/Reels (SnapTik, no watermarks)
Edit in CapCut: tight pacing, captions with emphasis, SFX, transitions, 9:16/1:1/3:4 exports
Deliver 1 body + 3 hook variations per concept — ready to test
Join weekly creative review calls (Ad Library breakdowns, winner analysis, iteration planning)

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Portfolio: 3+ DTC eCom ads (9:16, 1:1, or 3:4) you edited end-to-end — direct response style, not brand fluff
AI fluency: Demo reel showing VEO3/Kling character consistency + Nano Banana Pro b-roll + CapCut assembly
Availability: 15+ hrs/week, reliable, can hit 3–5 concepts/week at quality (as we build trust we can turn this into a FULL time)

COMPENSATION
Per batch: $30–$50 per concept (1 body + 3 hooks) — negotiable based on trial
Performance bonuses (paid monthly on your creatives' ad spend).

*Iteration bonuses at 50% of above*

Paid trial: 3 concepts ($90–$150) — we launch them, you see real data
Full-time path: Consistent winners ? retainer + bonus scale
