We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to source profitable products for our Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage business. You will search retail websites (Walmart, Target, etc.), find matching items on Amazon, and submit leads that meet our buying criteria.
Key Responsibilities:

Source OA products daily from US retail stores
Check prices, calculate profit/ROI, review BSR, and check for restrictions/gating
Submit clean leads into a Google Sheet with all required details

Acceptable Lead Criteria:

Minimum 30% ROI after all Amazon fees
BSR under 100,000 (ideally lower)
Clear profit of at least $4–5 per unit
No gated categories or major restrictions
Accurate matching between retail and Amazon ASIN

Requirements:

Previous verifiable experience in Amazon FBA OA product sourcing (must share past examples or references)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient with Google Sheets, Keepa/SellerAmp (preferred)
Excellent English communication

Trial Run:
All applicants must complete a paid 2–4 hour trial project ($15–25 flat) before any long-term commitment.
Pay:
$4 – $7 per hour (depending on experience and performance). Starts with part-time hours, can grow to full-time.
