JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a Seattle-based real estate business looking for a reliable, coachable Cold Calling VA to generate seller leads and set appointments.
This is a performance-focused role, not general VA work.

Responsibilities
Call homeowners daily using provided lists:
Expired listings
FSBO
Circle prospecting
Absentee owners
Qualify motivation and handle objections
Set qualified appointments directly on calendar
Your job = calls > conversations > appointments

Tools
Vulcan7 (dialer + data)
CRM (BlodTrail + GoHighLevel)
Google Calendar

Requirements
Cold calling experience (real estate preferred)
Comfortable making 150–250 calls/day
Clear, confident English
Reliable internet + quiet workspace
Self-starter with strong work ethic

Compensation
$4/hour base
Bonuses per under contract + closed deals

Schedule
4PM – 9PM PST (Mon-Sat)


Targets
150–250 calls/day
1–3 appointments/day

Accountability
Call recording required
Daily report:
Calls/KPI
Conversations/ Metrics Tracking
Appointments
