Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Canva + Social Media + Kartra)

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based client (Coach, Author, Speaker).

This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with an immediate start.
We are looking for someone who can execute quickly, follow direction, and support ongoing content + marketing tasks.

IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING):

You MUST have:
* Experience using Canva for social media graphics
* Experience managing/posting content on social media
* Experience using Kartra OR a drag-and-drop landing page builder (ClickFunnels, Kajabi, etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create social media graphics in Canva (posts, simple promotional content)
* Assist with posting and managing content
* Basic video editing + posting (reels/short-form)
* Build or update landing pages + simple funnels
* Assist with email + lead management tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Canva design skills (clean, modern, on-brand)
* Experience managing social media accounts
* Experience with Kartra OR similar platform
* Reliable internet (with backup)
* Strong communication and responsiveness
* Able to follow instructions + meet deadlines

ROLE DETAILS:
* Part-time: ~20 hours/week
* Must be available during U.S. daytime hours (some overlap required)
