Key Responsibilities
1. Content Quality Inspections
Conduct structured QA reviews and record findings in the project management system.
Identify recurring quality defects, track error trends by content type and tea
Lead root cause analysis when content errors reach clients; assign corrective actions and
2. Compliance & Process Governance
Maintain compliance framework that ensures all content adheres to platform community guidelines and applicable standards.
Monitor platform policy updates and algorithm changes; rapidly communicate impacts to content and editing teams and update relevant SOPs accordingly.
Conduct regular internal process audits; document findings and drive resolution.
Act as the primary point of contact during client quality reviews or complaints; lead structured investigation and response.
Build and track quality KPIs and report to senior leadership.
3. SOP Creation & Documentation
Author, own, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures for all core content production workflows
Establish documentation standards, templates, and style guides ensuring all SOPs are clear, visually structured, and accessible to tea
Lead SOP onboarding sessions for new hires and facilitate refresher training when procedures are updated.
4. Continuous Improvement & Team Development
Identify training needs arising from quality data
Evaluate and recommend new QA tools, content review platforms
Stay current on social media platform developments, content format trends to ensure quality standards remain relevant.
