Call Auditing - Virtual Assistant

I need a Virtual Assistant to support greeting team by scoring 20 or more calls daily using a pre-filled system with Yes/No answers. You will also review and score a second group of calls that’s in sales weekly (due Friday or Saturday) using an Excel sheet with Yes/No/N/A options. I will need weekly summary for team performance. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong English language, & listening skills and attention to detail. A VPN is required, and pay is negotiable.
