Full-Stack AI Developer

About the Role
RankStudio is looking for an experienced Full-Stack AI Developer to build and ship scalable web applications. You will work across the frontend and backend, own features end-to-end, and use AI coding tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development while maintaining high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy full-stack features in production environments
Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and database models
Implement UI flows from product designs and improve user experience
Use AI coding agents for scaffolding, debugging, refactoring, and test generation
Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical decision-making
Diagnose production issues and improve system reliability

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Experience building production web applications
Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, databases, caching, and CI/CD basics
Comfortable using AI coding tools in real development workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in English and Spanish
Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have
Experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js or NestJS
Experience with Python for backend development, AI integrations, or automation
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
