• Technical Support Agent •

This job is full time - 40 hours per week and will require:

1. Writing perfect English with zero spelling or grammatical errors (very important)


2. Answer written support requests for various software products


3. Have experience using (and installing) WordPress


4. Have some basic php skills (you should be able to read a piece of code and tell roughly what it does - you don't need to write any code).


5. Know how to use cPanel and FTP

The starting salary is based on previous experience and goes up depending on performance. I pay monthly through paypal (I cover the fees), allow all major Philippine holidays plus 2 weeks of bookable holidays as well.
