JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a part-time Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist for Manifest Engine (manifestengine.ai) — an AI-powered game development pipeline SaaS.

This is a TRAINING POSITION with growth potential. You'll learn AI tools, SaaS marketing, and community management while working directly with the founder.

WHAT WE DO:
Manifest Engine uses 7 AI agents to take solo game developers from idea to published game on Steam. Each agent's output feeds the next — Game Design Document to Art Bible to Pixel Art Assets to Story to Godot Build to Steam Store to Marketing Kit. Nothing like this exists anywhere else.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY:

Community Engagement (60% of your time)
- Find and participate in conversations on Reddit, ---------- , Facebook groups, and Twitter where indie game developers hang out
- Write genuinely helpful responses (not salesy — actually helpful)
- Build relationships in gamedev communities

Content Creation & Scheduling (30% of your time)
- Turn product updates into social media posts using our AI content tool (Claude)
- Schedule content across platforms using Buffer
- Create simple graphics using Canva templates

Reporting (10% of your time)
- Track engagement metrics in a shared spreadsheet
- Send a weekly report to the founder
- Flag opportunities and issues

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent written English (you'll be writing as our brand in professional communities)
- Experience managing social media for a brand or company (not just personal accounts)
- Reliable internet and consistent daily availability
- Comfortable learning new AI tools (you'll use Claude daily)

STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Interest in gaming, game development, or tech
- Experience with Reddit community engagement
- Familiarity with ----------
- You know what "indie game dev" means

NICE TO HAVE:
- Basic video editing (trimming clips, adding captions)
- Canva experience
- Experience with startups or solo founders

SCHEDULE & PAY:
- 3-4 hours per day, 5 days per week
- $3/hour (training rate with growth potential as we scale)
- Fully remote, flexible hours
- Long-term position

HOW TO APPLY:
1. Brief introduction — who you are and why this interests you
2. Links to social media you've managed for a brand (not personal)
3. Sample task: Go to ---------- /r/gamedev, find any post, and write a helpful response as if you were representing a game development tool. Don't be salesy — be genuinely helpful. This is the most important part of your application.
4. Your timezone and available hours

Built by a solo developer in the US. We're small, fast, and building something no one has built before.
