We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented personal and virtual assistant to support both business and personal tasks. The work is varied — one week might include researching travel, the next might be drafting
You'll work independently, on your own schedule, as long as tasks are completed within the deadline. A task list will be posted once or twice per week. You'll have 24 or 48 hours to complete each batch, depending on complexity. No set schedule, no meetings.
Types of tasks:
Online research · Travel planning · Drafting and formatting
To apply, you must include all of the following:
Your resume — including the name or type of clients you've supported and the industries you've worked in.
A real troubleshooting story — Tell me about a specific time something went wrong on a task or with a client, and exactly what you did to fix it. Be specific: what broke, what you tried, what happened. Generic and AI-generated answers will not be accepted.
Screenshots of past work — Show us something you actually made or managed: a social media post, a travel itinerary, a formatted document, a Canva graphic, a content calendar — anything where we can see your work.
A design portfolio or Canva samples — Even informal work is fine. If you've made graphics, posts, presentations, or any visual content, include it. A design portfolio is strongly preferred.
One strong reason to hire you — Not a list of skills. One specific, honest reason you're the right fit for this role.
Your availability — usual working days and hours. Please list your available hours in Eastern Daylight Time zone.
What we're looking for:
Prior VA or personal assistant experience is required.
You should be comfortable switching between professional and personal tasks, handling information discreetly, and working without hand-holding.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and social media platforms is a strong plus.
Candidates who provide specific proof of relevant experience with real details and screenshots will be given priority.
Applications without work examples will not be considered.
