Video editor/footage sourcer for a Nature Documentary Channel

You'll be editing longform videos (About 1 hour each). You have around 3 days to complete each video, which includes finding the necessary clips and footage before editing.
The voice over is provided, the content is also not difficult to make. You only have to match the voice over to the video with minimal editing.
This is a long-term position, so we're looking for someone reliable who can consistently deliver finished videos within the given timeframe and help maintain a steady upload schedule.

When hired, we will work with bonusses

If you achieve 50K you will get $20 extra

If you achieve 100K you will get $40 extra

If you achieve 250K you will get $80 extra

(so it counts up, if you get 250K views, you will earn $80 dollar base for the video + $20 (50K bonus) + $40 (100K bonus) + $80 (250K bonus)

That's in total a potential of $220 for one video
