Freight Operations Virtual Assistant (USA Freight Brokerage)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Track & trace — monitor all active loads and update status in real time
• Carrier check calls — call carriers to confirm pickup, delivery, and any issues
• TMS updates — keep our system accurate and up to date on every load
• Customer updates — communicate load status to shippers professionally
• Document management — rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs
• Flag any problems or delays to me immediately
WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:
• Prior experience in US freight, logistics, or dispatching (THIS IS REQUIRED)
• Familiar with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and TMS systems
• Excellent English — written and spoken
• Available during US business hours (CST or EST preferred)
• Proactive communicator — I don’t want to chase you for updates
• Reliable internet connection and your own equipment
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple loads at once
