Responsibilities
-Edit 3 scripted short-form videos daily for TikTok & Instagram Reels
-Execute assigned scripts with speed, precision, and platform native style
-Apply fast-paced cuts, trending audio sync, captions, and effects
-Match each video to the platform's current trending format and aesthetic
-Optimize aspect ratios, captions, and exports per platform (9:16 native)
-Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual language across all content
-Deliver assets on a daily rolling basis with same-day turnaround
-Collaborate with the scriptwriting team — flag pacing or timing issues
-Integrate AI tools for captions, transitions, and asset generation
-Track what's performing and adapt editing style in real time

Requirements
-Expert-level CapCut (templates, AI tools, FX)
-Solid Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency
-Deep TikTok & Instagram native knowledge
-Scripted content execution — follows briefs precisely
-Comfortable with AI captioning, voice & FX tools
-Portfolio of 30+ short-form edits with performance data
-High-speed workflow — 3 complete edits daily
-Responsive during PST business hours (8 hrs)
