This is not a typical content job.
We’re building a brand that changes how people think about pain, performance, and longevity—and we need someone who can bring that message to life through content.
If you’re just looking to “edit videos,” this isn’t for you.
If you want to help grow a high-performance brand, sharpen your creative skills fast, and actually see your work drive real impact—keep reading.
About I.MOVE.
I.MOVE. Health and Performance helps active adults stay in the game—lifting, training, and living at a high level—without being held back by recurring pain.
We’re not a traditional clinic.
We don’t chase quick fixes.
We build long-term solutions for people who refuse to slow down.
Our mission:
Help active people achieve their health and fitness goals without limitations.
Our vision:
Build a community of strong, resilient, and educated individuals who take ownership of their health.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on creative role focused on content production and audience growth.
You’ll be working directly with our team to:
Create short-form video content (Reels) that grabs attention and drives engagement
Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Write captions that actually sound like a brand (not generic fluff)
Manage and grow two Instagram accounts (including a personal brand)
Track performance and improve content based on data
Send daily outbound messages to drive conversations and leads
What Actually Matters in This Role
We don’t care about degrees. We care about output.
You should:
Have at least 1+ year of real video editing experience
Understand how content performs on Instagram (hooks, pacing, retention)
Be able to match a brand voice and tone consistently
Be creative without needing constant direction
Take ownership—if something isn’t working, you fix it
Be comfortable working remotely and staying accountable
Bonus if you:
Have Canva/design skills
Have worked with fitness, health, or personal brands
Understand storytelling and audience psychology
