Virtual Assistant (Sales + Go High Level Experience Required)

We are a fast-growing business looking for a Virtual Assistant with sales experience who is confident communicating with leads and comfortable working inside Go High Level (GHL).

This is not just an admin role — we are looking for someone who can help convert leads into booked appointments and support the sales process, including performing sales Demo calls when necessary.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Following up with inbound leads via text, email, and CRM
- Assisting with appointment setting and confirmations
- Assisting and sometimes leading sales demo calls
- Supporting warm leads through the sales pipeline
- Managing and updating workflows inside Go High Level (GHL)
- Keeping conversations organized and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks
- Providing necessary updates

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales, lead follow-up, and appointment setting
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) (or very fast learner)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable with consistent availability

Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus):
- Experience working with agencies, service-based businesses, or AI tools
- Experience handling multiple conversations at once
- Understanding of sales psychology or customer service best practices

Compensation: based on experience
Weekly base pay + performance bonuses based on booked appointments / conversions
