Long-Form YouTube Video Editor (Geopolitics Niche)

We’re hiring skilled long-form YouTube video editors for a fast-growing geopolitics channel. You will receive raw footage and are expected to turn it into a high-retention, engaging long-form YouTube video by adding relevant B-roll, clean pacing, and strong storytelling edits.

What You’ll Do:

- Edit long-form YouTube videos in the geopolitics niche (typically 20 minutes)
- Work from raw footage and create a clean, engaging final edit
-Add relevant B-roll (news clips, photos, news screenshots, historical footage, supporting visuals)
- Add basic motion elements when needed (zoom/crop, simple titles, emphasis text)
- Clean up pacing, remove dead air, tighten delivery, and improve flow
- Ensure high-quality audio levels and overall polish

Required Skills:

- High-level English
- Fast communication
- Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos
- Ability to independently choose and place relevant B-roll to support narration
- Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro OR CapCut (either is fine)

Pay + Work Volume:

- $40 USD per video delivered + bonuses for performance
- We can provide up to 1 video per day
- Expected turnaround time: 24–48 hours per video
- Monthly workload: 10–30 videos per month depending on your speed and quality

Trial Edit (Required - will be 60 seconds in length)
