Social Media & Marketing Assistant for Lash Studio

I run a lash studio in downtown Vancouver (Glow Up Lash) and I’m looking for someone to help me with social media, marketing, and some day-to-day tasks so I can focus more on clients.
I already have content on my Instagram and need someone to repurpose it, stay consistent with posting, and help bring in new clients.
This role will start with content and grow into more marketing tasks over time.
What you’ll be doing:
• Use my existing Instagram content and turn it into posts and Reels
• Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Write captions (natural, not salesy or spammy)
• Post consistently and keep pages active
• Basic engagement (reply to comments, interact with audience)
Marketing support (after training): • Help with simple email marketing
• Help reach out to local businesses for collaborations
• Assist with basic promotions
Admin: • Organize receipts and simple spreadsheets
• Help keep things organized
What I’m looking for:
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
• Good eye for content and aesthetics
• Strong English
• Reliable and organized
• Comfortable messaging people
Bonus if you’ve worked with beauty brands
