JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a fast-growing brand called The Process CEO, helping home service business owners simplify, systemize, and scale their companies.

This is not just content. This is a movement.

We create:
• Educational YouTube videos
• High-converting short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Daily social media content across platforms

Our goal is to grow a powerful personal brand, drive leads, and build a massive audience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive Social Media Manager + Video Editor who can take raw content and turn it into engaging, polished, high-performing content across all platforms.

You will be responsible for both editing AND managing content distribution, ensuring consistency, quality, and growth.

This is a long-term role with growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

???? Video Editing (Long + Short Form)
• Edit YouTube videos (8–12 minutes, educational style)
• Create short-form clips from long-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Add captions, hooks, transitions, and graphics
• Make content fast-paced, engaging, and retention-focused
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms

???? Social Media Management
• Post content daily across:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Write captions optimized for engagement and growth
• Schedule and organize content calendar
• Ensure consistency across all platforms

???? Growth + Strategy
• Identify viral trends and apply them to our niche
• Suggest hooks, edits, and content improvements
• Optimize content for performance (watch time, engagement, shares)
• Continuously improve based on analytics

???? Content Organization
• Take raw footage and organize it into:
• Long-form YouTube videos
• Multiple short-form clips
• Manage content library and file organization
• Help build a repeatable content system

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong experience editing YouTube + short-form content
• Experience with:
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
• Understanding of:
• Hooks
• Retention editing
• Viral content structure
• Ability to work fast and meet deadlines
• Strong English communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter who takes initiative

BONUS (Not Required but Powerful):
• Experience managing personal brands
• Experience with business or educational content
• Graphic design (Canva)
• Understanding of funnels and lead generation
