Experienced Lawyer for California Law Firm

Labor Law PC is a client-centered law firm specializing in California employment law. We are dedicated to protecting employee rights and promoting workplace justice. As our firm grows, we are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lawyer with at least 3 years of active legal experience. While experience working with California-based law firms is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing case deadlines, drafting legal documents, research, case management, and assisting our team in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage case flow, deadlines, and generally keep the case moving along.
• Review and draft legal documents.
• Provide research and administrative support to the CA attorney.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of legal work.

Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer (this is a lawyer-only position).
• Strong organizational skills with proven experience in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A proactive, independent work ethic with a commitment to excellence.
• While not required, prior experience with California employment law is a plus.
• Willingness to work California business hours.
