JOB OVERVIEW



---------- to 50 hours per week in our Startup environment

This is not a typical Executive Assistant role.

--> We are building a consulting company from the ground up and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that process. This role is for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and enjoys turning ideas into execution.

--> You will work directly with the Founder to help scale a business that supports dentists through practice acquisition and growth.

What you will be doing
1. Marketing and engagement
You will participate in online groups, forums, and social platforms. This includes posting, responding to comments, and helping drive conversations that generate leads.
2. Lead management
You will handle outreach through text, email, and calls. You will qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and maintain consistent follow up.
3. Operations and admin
You will build and maintain SOPs and checklists. You will manage inboxes, calendars, and task flow. You will also support onboarding and client communication.
4. Systems and organization
You will keep the CRM clean and up to date, track conversations and leads, and help improve workflows and processes.

Schedule expectations
1. 40 to 50 hours per week
2. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
3. Days off are Tuesday and Sunday
4. Typical hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST
5. Two 30 minute unpaid breaks each day
6. Payoneer payroll every 2 weeks (note: Recipient pays fees, just like Employees pay taxes in the USA)

--> Saturday availability is required.
