Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Build and enrich targeted lead lists (ICP, industry, company size, intent signals)
- Write and optimize outbound email sequences (cold emails, follow-ups, A/B testing)
- Support content creation with a focus on SEO and inbound lead generation
- Optimize website pages and content for search ranking and conversion
- Execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Work within a CRM to manage leads, lists, and track conversions
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, SQLs generated)
