JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Marketplace Content & Creative Strategist to lead the development and optimization of product listings across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces. This role brings together keyword research, AI-assisted content writing, graphic design, and project management to produce high-performing listing assets and brand experiences.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of SEO, creative development, and cross-functional coordination, and who enjoys using modern AI tools to work efficiently and creatively.

==KEY RESPONSIBILITIES==
SEO & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
Conduct advanced keyword and market research using tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar platforms.

Write and refine product listing content (titles, bullets, descriptions) using a combination of research, brand guidelines, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper).

Develop structured prompts, briefs, and templates to support high-quality AI-generated content at scale.

Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and marketplace compliance across all listings.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & CREATIVE PRODUCTION
Create, refine, and optimize graphics for Amazon and marketplace listings, including lifestyle graphics, feature callouts, infographics, and A+ content modules.

Use a suite of AI-enhanced design tools including:
ChatGPT Premium for creative ideation, prompt writing, visual concepting
Freepik Premium for assets, templates, and illustration resources
Adobe Photoshop Generative Fill for product cleanup, scene enhancements, and creative editing
Canva AI Upscaler for resolution improvements and design composition
Google AI Studio for advanced generative image and asset creation
Nano Banana AI for enhanced mockups, image variations, and visual refinements

Translate keyword and SEO insights into effective visual storytelling and conversion-oriented design.

Collaborate with internal teams to iterate on creative assets and ensure compliance with marketplace image standards.

Maintain high production quality across all visual assets.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL WORKFLOW
Manage end-to-end listing optimization projects, from kickoff through final delivery.

Coordinate with SEO, design, account management, and brand teams to keep projects on schedule.

Use project management tools and Google Workspace and Asana to organize workflows, gather inputs, and track deliverables.

Oversee quality assurance for both content and design before listings go live.

==REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS==
3+ years of experience in e-commerce content strategy, listing optimization, creative production, or project management.
Strong SEO research skills with Amazon-focused tools (e.g., Helium 10, Data Dive).
Proven ability to manage multiple content and creative projects simultaneously.
Experience with generative AI platforms and developing effective prompts.
Demonstrated graphic design abilities using Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent tools.
Excellent organization, communication, and self-editing skills.
Comfortable with Google Workspace tools and project management systems.

Experience working with multiple brands or in an agency environment.
Familiarity with Amazon’s image, copy, and compliance guidelines.
Ability to review performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, rank) to inform content and creative decisions.
Understanding of UX/UI-driven marketplace design principles.
